Welcome to Nantwich & District Scottish Society
Welcome back, everyone! Our new dancing season begins on Monday 7th Sept, from 7.00 to 9.30 p.m. New dancers are encouraged to attend the early part of the evening, as that’s when we’ll teach and revise the basic figures. Check the Diary Page for dates for our 2026-27 Season – social activities as well as dancing.
There’s much more to us than Scottish Country Dancing. We are a Society that welcomes all who are interested in the songs, dances, traditions and culture of Scotland. We meet for dancing on Monday evenings from September through to May and arrange a wide range of social events throughout the year, including a Traditional Burns’ Night, Countryside walks, informal lunches and afternoon teas, illustrated talks and quizzes.
Our President and Vice President

Do take a tour of our website and see what we do. Our meeting place is Wistaston Memorial Hall.
